A gorgeous sunny, warm day with no wind and not a cloud in the sky so it was off to the hills. I parked by Nant-y-Moch and took the direct route to the summit of Plynlimon. It was quite a hard walk in the heat and then went of in search of Coll's cahce which I didn't manage to find. I then walked back up to the ridge and around the ridge before negoatiating my way through the crags down into Cwm hengwm and across to the river to another cache at Cwm Gwarin. From there it was a long hard slog up to Carn Hyddgen for the third cache of the day before the long walk back to my car.

When I got back to the car I found a herd of Highland Cattle crowded around it licking it to death... stupid animals!
